1. Purpose and Ethos

This publication exists to preserve independent truth-telling through art, journalism, and testimony. All writing, photography, and visual content are protected works of authorship. The purpose is documentation, not entertainment; illumination, not extraction.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All materials published under this name—including essays, photographs, images, audio, video, and design elements—are the sole intellectual property of Terrell Groggins unless otherwise stated.

• No article, image, or excerpt may be reproduced, trained on, scraped, or republished without written consent.

• Screenshots, summaries, and references are allowed for educational or journalistic purposes with proper credit and citation.

• Any AI training, dataset inclusion, or derivative generation of this content without explicit permission constitutes unauthorized use and digital exploitation.

3. Use of Content

Readers may quote, share, or link to the work under the principle of fair use—provided the author’s name and original source link are clearly visible.
Commercial redistribution, content resale, or unauthorized adaptation are strictly prohibited.
